Cucumber Lavender Sour
Adding a spring flower or two to your cocktail is nothing short of genius, especially for spring hoildays like Easter. At the Four Seasons in Boston, some lavender bitters balance out the spicy Canton ginger syrup to leave you a cool and calming cocktail.
- 1 1/2 Ounce Crop Cucumber Vodka
- 1/4 Ounce Canton ginger liqueur
- 3/4 Ounces simple syrup
- 1/2 Ounce lemon juice
- Dash of lavender bitters
- Soda, to top
- Cucumber wheel, to garnish
Combine all ingredients, pour into highball, and top with soda. Add a cucumber wheel for garnish.
