- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 button mushrooms
- 8 pearl onions
- 2 red peppers, seeds removed and cut into large chunks
- 8 garlic cloves
- Corn on the cob, cut into 1-inch slices
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 skewers
Place your vegetables on the skewers (2 of each on every skewer). Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Heat up the gill to medium heat. Clean the grill surface with a wire brush.
Grill the vegetables, rotating frequently, for 10-12 minutes, until the vegetables are lightly charred.
