- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup water
- 8 Ounces cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 lime, halved
Bring sugar and water to a boil, stir until sugar is dissolved. Add cranberries and squeeze both halves of the lime into mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until cranberries are coated in syrup but have not yet burst (about twenty minutes). Strain juice. Discard berries.
