Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup country crock simply delicious
  • 1 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9-inch square baking pan with no-stick spray; set aside. Combine Country Crock® Simply Delicious and brown sugar until blended. Whisk in eggs and vanilla, then flour, baking powder and salt until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. To serve, cut into bars.
