Ingredients
- 2 ounce añejo tequila, preferably corralejo
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 5 dash of aromatic bitters
Directions
- Add all ingredients except the bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard to chill.
- Strain into glass over crushed ice.
- Top with aromatic bitters.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge.
