Corinthian Summer Cocktail

A fruity cocktail for the sophisticated summer drinking

Lighten up a rich, aged cognac, with lemon juice and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Ounce VSOP cognac, such as Bache-Gabrielsen Pure & Rustic VSOP
  • 1 Ounce raisin syrup
  • 3/4 Ounces lemon juice
  • 1/4 pear
  • 5 green grapes

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Muddle and shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
