Ingredients
- 1 Head of green cabbage
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 Large carrots
- 1/4 Cup Cider vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Sour cream
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 Teaspoon Granulated sugar
Directions
Buy a bag of pre-shredded coleslaw veggies or shred your own using the head of green or red cabbage, onion, and carrots.
For the homemade dressing combine the cider vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, and granulated sugar.
