Coconut Gingerbread Crush Mocktail

Even your kids can enjoy holiday drinks this season with this fun non-alcoholic mocktail!

Want the kids to feel fancy this holiday season with their own mixed drink? Try out this mocktail. Featuring many of the elements of a piña colada, this drink adds gingerbread spices to it right to the Christmas season.

For the gingerbread coconut purée:

  • 1 quart coconut purée
  • 2 Ounces gingerbread loose leaf tea, preferably Teavana’s

For the mocktail:

  • 2 Ounces gingerbread coconut purée
  • 3/4 Ounces pineapple juice
  • 3/4 Ounces orgeat
  • 3/4 Ounces lime juice
  • Pebble ice


For the gingerbread coconut purée:

On low heat, warm coconut puree with Teavana’s gingerbread loose leaf tea for 10 minutes.

Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Let sit an additional 10 minutes at room temperature with lid on.

Allow to sit overnight, 8–10 hours, in refrigerator.

Fine strain.

For the mocktail:

Whip all liquid ingredients together with pebble ice and pour in snifter.

Add more pebble/crushed ice to top.

Serve and enjoy!
