Upgrade this tropical rum cocktail with a scoop of coconut sorbet.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce banks 5-island rum
- 1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 scoop ciao bella coconut sorbet
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass or coconut shell. Garnish with dried coconut flakes or a lime wheel.
