- 1 Cup butter
- 1 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 2 yolks
- 2 3/4 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven for 325 degrees F.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs; scrape the sides.
Sift all of your dry ingredients. Add in to the butter mixture. Add in vanilla extract.
Drop by spoonfuls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated 325-degree oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
