Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey, such as foster farms organic ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 12 ounce salsa (pick your favorite)
Directions
  1. In a large skillet, brown the turkey in the oil. When it’s mostly cooked, stir in the spices.
  2. When it’s finished cooking, remove from heat and stir in the chopped tomato, onion and salsa.
  3. Place some zoodles in a bowl, top with sauce and enjoy!
