Ingredients

  • 1 Pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 Cups unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper

Directions

Step 1: Place 1 pound ground beef, 1 egg, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup cheese, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large mixing bowl. With clean hands, gently combine the ingredients just until they’re mixed together. Form the meatballs into 1 1/2 inch-balls.

Step 2: Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet and broil for about 7 to 10 minutes.
