Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces club soda
  • 1 Ounce gin, such as London No. 1 Gin
  • 1/2 Ounce dry vermouth, such as La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Extra Dry
  • 1/2 Ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 Ounce simple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 strip lemon zest
  • 1 strip orange zest

Directions

Muddle the mint and simply syrup together in a glass.

Stir in the gin, vermouth, and lemon juice. Top with soda and fill the glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaves, orange zest, and lemon zest.
