- 2 Cups caramel corn, preferably G.H. Cretors Just the Caramel Corn
- 1 1/2 Cup chocolate chips
- 1 Teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon sea salt
- Melted caramel (optional)
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring often, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Coat the pieces of caramel corn with the chocolate until well covered.
Sprinkle popcorn pieces with sea salt.
Let cool in the fridge for 20 minutes, or until chocolate has set.
Drizzle with melted caramel (optional).
