Chocolate Kale Smoothie

The Chocolate Kale Smoothie.

Some people may not like greens, but almost everyone likes chocolate — and that’s all you’ll taste in this thick, wonderfully irresistible shake.

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 Cup ice
  • 1 1/2 Cup (packed) chopped kale
  • 3 Tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 2 Tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 Cup rice milk (original variety)
  • Sweetener, to taste


Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Taste, and blend in sweetener as desired.


Add 2 tablespoons hemp seeds for healthy fats.
