Chia Pudding

A delicious pudding recipe featuring Almond Breeze milk. 

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 Cup Blue Diamond Chocolate Almond Breeze
  • 3 Tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon coconut extract
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt and toasted coconut
  • 1/2 Cup chia seeds

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl; cover and chill for at least 4 hours, whisking again occasionally. Top each serving with a spoonful of yogurt and a pinch of toasted coconut, in desired.
