If you’ve been to Zoes Kitchen you know that they have amazing food that is healthy for you. If you haven’t been there, now you can have a little Zoe’s at home with this delicious chickn salad lettuce wrap. It uses one pint of Zoes chicken salad, Boston lettuce, and a few delicious toppings. Now that’s lunch at it’s finest. 

Ingredients

  • 1 head Boston lettuce
  • 1 pint of Zoes chicken salad
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 container crunchy chow mein noodles
  • 1 Cup peanuts or almonds

Directions

Layer a single leaf of lettuce and Zoes chicken salad. Top with shredded carrots and noodles for crunch, and nuts if you’d like.
