This chicken parmesan burger is a healthy and delicious twist on a classic comfort food.

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 Cup tomatoes, minced
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Pound Foster Farms Simply Raised Thin-Sliced Breast Fillets, ground
- 1/2 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon sea salt
- 3 Ounces pork rinds or bread, crushed
- oil for pan
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, add the butter, garlic, onions and sun-dried tomatoes and cook until the onions are light brown roughly 8 minutes. Remove from the stove and let cool. Mix the onion mixture into the ground chicken with your hands and form 4 large burgers. Coat the burgers with the pork rinds and place in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and serve with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce.
