Ingredients
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, minced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound foster farms simply raised thin-sliced breast fillets, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 ounce pork rinds or bread, crushed
  • oil for pan
Directions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the butter, garlic, onions and sun-dried tomatoes and cook until the onions are light brown roughly 8 minutes. Remove from the stove and let cool. Mix the onion mixture into the ground chicken with your hands and form 4 large burgers. Coat the burgers with the pork rinds and place in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and serve with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce.
