Whether you’re hosting a gold-medal Olympic viewing party or simply enjoying the highlights in the comfort of your own home, you can’t go wrong with themed cocktails. Sauza has come up with two cocktails, one using its blue silver tequila and one with its gold tequila, and whichever one you choose is guaranteed to be a winner.This recipe is courtesy of Sauza.

Cherry Sage Smash

Ingredients

  • 1 part tequila, preferably sauza signature blue silver tequila
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 1/2 part lime juice
  • 2-3 fresh pitted cherries
  • 1 part soda water
  • 2 sprigs of sage, to garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker and muddle. Add ice, shake, and strain into a salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with sage sprigs.
