Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 2 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon granola of choice
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients at the bottom of your cup or bowl.
  2. Blend all ingredients but the granola and pour over the "crust". Sprinkle with granola for a topping and enjoy!
