Cherry Pie Smoothie

It even has a built-in crust

This smoothie is packed with protein and natural sugars to start your day off so sweetly, and so right. 


For the crust

  • 1/4 Cup oats
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut butter
  • 2 Teaspoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon ginger

For the smoothie

  • 1 Cup frozen dark cherries
  • 1/4 Cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Cup ice
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoons granola of choice


For the crust

Combine all ingredients at the bottom of your cup or bowl.

For the smoothie

Blend all ingredients but the granola and pour over the "crust". Sprinkle with granola for a topping and enjoy!
