Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 Cup butter, cold (diced in a ¼-inch cubes)
  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat the oven for 350 degrees F.

Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the butter is about pea sized, and the dough is a shaggy, sandy texture. Form the dough into a ball. Rest the dough in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Then, roll out the dough to a 1/4 –inch thickness on lightly floured parchment paper. Use a pastry cutter to cut small Cheez-it sized crackers out of the dough. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
