- One 8-inch ready-made pizza crust

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Sauté the fennel, grated zucchini, and a pinch of hot pepper flakes in the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until fennel softens. Spread over the ready-made pizza crust. Sprinkle with the reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese melts.
