You can't really go wrong with frozen lemonade and chardonnay slushies from Clos du Bois.
Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice. Blend until ice is thoroughly crushed and serve cold.
Choose a wine that you would drink. If you wouldn't drink it on its own, you shouldn't cook with it.
After cooking steak, you can use red wine to de-glaze the pan.
