Roses and champagnes? It may not be Valentine's Day, but who wouldn't want a touch of roses in their champagne cocktail? This drink uses real rose petals, so be sure to rinse your rose petals well before using (or buy organic).
In a cocktail shaker muddle the rose petals with simple syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain contents into champagne flute and top with Chandon Rosé. Garnish with additional rose petal.
