Chamomile Tea Recipe

- 1 Tablespoon chamomile flowers
- 1 1/2 Cup almond milk
- Honey (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon lavender
Combine almond milk, chamomile, and lavender in a small saucepan. Cover and cook over very low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Strain and stir in honey if desired.
