Crafted by Matt Grippo of Blackbird in San Francisco, the below recipe is the next iteration in the yearlong Farm to Shaker recipe content series. The recipe is an ideal way to set the tone for the culinary year ahead and can be enjoyed during brunch or at-home while trying to find peace and calm following the holiday party season!

- 1 1/4 Ounce tequila, such as Tequila Don Julio Blanco
- 1/4 Ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1 Teaspoon fino sherry
- 1/4 Ounce lime juice
- 1/4 Ounce fresh pressed celery juice
- 1 Teaspoon raw honey syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1 dash celery and orange bitters
- Lime wheel and celery leaf, for garnish
Combine Tequila Don Julio Blanco, elderflower liqueur, fino sherry, lime juice, fresh pressed celery juice, raw honey syrup, pinch of salt and celery and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Finely strain contents into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with lime wheel and celery leaf.
