Are you craving macaroni and cheese? This two-ingredient recipe gives you a healthy alternative by replacing macaroni with cauliflower.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup cauliflower
- 1/4 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Steam cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water in a medium covered sauce pot until tender, about 5 minutes.
Remove to a bowl and mash with a fork. Top with cheddar cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
