No carnival would be complete without a queen, and Mardi Gras is no exception. Beautifully pink, bubbly, and fruity without being excessively sugary, this cocktail is fit for royalty.

- 1 1/4 Ounce apple whiskey, preferably Crown Royal Regal Apple
- 1/4 Ounce Chambord or dark berry liqueur
- 1/4 Ounce lemon juice
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Place all ingredients in a shaker tin.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into flute and top off with Champagne or other sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
