- 1 carton of apple juice
- 5-6 pears cored and peeled
- 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 large tub of plain yogurt
Place apple juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Leaving the pot uncovered, reduce down to a syrup and continue stirring until it turns into a caramel consistency.
In a blender, combine pears and lemon juice till smooth.
Mix into the yogurt and add the caramel.
Put into an ice cream maker. Freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
