- 11 blueberries, divided
- 1 Ounce Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 1 Ounce George Dickel No. 8
- 3 Ounces freshly brewed coffee
- 1/4 Ounce orange juice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 can soda, such as Coca-Cola
Place 8 blueberries in cocktail shaker and crush with muddler.
Add Baileys Irish Cream, George Dickel No. 8, freshly brewed coffee, orange juice, and salt to the cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Strain contents into a Collins glass over ice.
Top with a splash of Coca-Cola.
Garnish with 3 speared blueberries.
