Cameron's Kick Cocktail
Richard Knapp of New York City bar Mother's Ruin is particularly excited about serving this Irish whiskey cocktail on St. Patrick's Day. "I love the drink because it is a confluence of ingredients that shouldn't necessarily be put in the same glass together," he explains.
- 1 ounce Michael Collins Irish whiskey
- 1 ounce Pig's Nose Scotch whiskey
- 3/4 ounces lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce house-made pecan orgeat syrup
Shake all of the ingredients over ice and strain into a coupe.
