Camarena Caliente Cocktail
A little heat and a little fruit go a long way! This tasty cocktail was meant to be sipped in the sun, so be sure to make it by the pitcherful as your guests lounge about outside.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce tequila, preferably camarena silver tequila
- 3.4 ounce triple sec
- 1.2 ounce sour mix
- 1 slice pineapple, muddled
- cayenne and cinnamon (you can substitute chile powder for cayenne if it is not available)
Directions
- Shake and strain over ice. Sugar rim and garnish with a spice-dusted pineapple spear.
