- 2 Ounces rum, such as Caliche Rum
- 1 Ounce fresh lime juice
- ¾ Ounce cane syrup (preferred) or simple syrup
- 1 fresh strawberry
In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients, lightly muddle the strawberry (do not shred to pieces).
In ice shaker shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with strawberry.
