I was thrilled to try a variety of Healthy Solutions Spice Blends. While at my local fish store the sea bass just look beautiful and I immediately knew I wanted to prepare this for my husband cajun style. How great that all of the spices I needed to make this dish is in one package.

Deliver Ingredients


  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons healthy solutions Cajun seafood spice
  • 2 Pounds Chilean sea bass from City Fish Market



Heat oven to 400° F. Add olive oil to the bottom of the baking dish and roll fish to coat. Place sea bass  in a baking pan and sprinkle both sides with seasonings. Bake  for about 15 to 20 minutes. The time depends on thickness of the fish, which can vary. Serve over or with artichoke sauce.

Buy craw fish with the head on as all of the flavor is in the head.

Use dry rubs rather than liquid rubs for a stronger flavor.
