This cocktail combines two of life’s greatest nectars: coffee and tequila. It’s also really easy to make with four ingredients in total (tequila, oat milk, cold brew and hazelnut). We suppose you could probably use whatever milk you want, but oak milk is all the rage right now, so why not?
This recipe is courtesy of mixologist Eric Ribeiro and Tequila Don Julio Reposado.
- 1 1/2 Ounce tequila, preferably Tequila Don Julio Reposado
- 2 Ounces oat milk
- 1 Ounce cold brew coffee
- Hazelnut shavings
Combine tequila and oat milk in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain contents into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Top with cold brew coffee.
Garnish with shaved hazelnut.
