C-3PO Caipirinha
This twist on Caipirinha, Brazil’s natural cocktail, uses sugar cane hard liquor, sugar, and limes for a drink that’s as refreshing and summery as it is beautiful. It’s bright yellow hue is just like everyone’s favorite worrisome droid, C-3PO.This recipe is courtesy of Sparkling Ice.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce cachaça
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 splash of sparkling ice lemon lime
- candied ginger, for garnish
Directions
- In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle sugar and lime.
- Add ice and cachaça. Lightly stir.
- Add splash of Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime.
- Garnish with candied ginger.
