Ingredients
- ½ cup water (plus more, if needed)
- 2 16-ounce cans bush's garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Directions
- Add ½ cup water and all the other ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and purée 1 to 2 minutes, or until creamy, adding water as needed for desired consistency.
- Serve with sides of your choice like pita chips, carrots, cucumber slices, or bell pepper slices.
