Ingredients

  • 2 slices of toasted bread
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 strips cooked bacon
  • 2-3 romaine leaves
  • 3 slices ripe tomatoes
  • 1/3 Cup burrata cheese

Directions

Spread one slice of the bread with mayonnaise, then top with bacon, then lettuce, the tomatoes. Add the burrata and place the remaining slice of bread on top.
