Brooklyn Burro Cocktail

Rum, ginger, pineapple, and lime are the elements behind this cocktail from mixologist Ivy Mix of Leyenda in NYC

"I used El Dorado 3 Year Rum for this drink because I really wanted a simple but delicious drink for the menu, something unintimidating. The Guyanese rum is subtle and plays really well with the pineapple and ginger. It's a total crowd-pleaser. Every menu needs one!" - Ivy Mix

  • 2 oz El Dorado 3 Year Rum
  • 1/2 oz ginger syrup
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters


Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel and a ginger candy.
