"I used El Dorado 3 Year Rum for this drink because I really wanted a simple but delicious drink for the menu, something unintimidating. Ingredients
  • 2 oz el dorado 3 year rum
  • 1/2 oz ginger syrup
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
Directions
  1. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel and a ginger candy.
