- 2 oz El Dorado 3 Year Rum
- 1/2 oz ginger syrup
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel and a ginger candy.
