Boston Baked Bean Dip
Celebrate Boston’s best with sports, beer, and this baked bean dip using a crisp Boston lager. Pair this dip with crackers and top with Cheddar cheese and sour cream.

- 5 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can (16 ounces) navy beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Boston lager beer, such as Samuel Adams
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 package McCormick Tex Mex Chili Seasoning Mix
In a large skillet, cook bacon and onion on medium-high heat until bacon is crisp.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
