Something about a lightly vanilla mint milkshake is just perfect for St. Patrick’s Day. Skip the fast food lines and make your own at home this March. And feel free to add in a little booze — we won’t tell.

Ingredients
- 6 Cups vanilla ice cream
- 4 Ounces crème de menthe liqueur
- 3 Ounces vodka
- 3 Ounces Irish cream, preferably Molly’s Irish Cream
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream
- Green sprinkles, for garnish
Directions
Combine vanilla ice cream, crème de menthe, vodka, Irish cream, and vanilla extract in a blender.
Divide between two tall glasses.
If desired, top with whipped cream and green sprinkles.
