Blueberry "Mocktail" Recipe
Made with juice from antioxidant-rich blueberries, this health-conscious "mocktail" is a great low-guilt option for dieters abstaining from alcohol. - Maryse Chevriere
- 1 cup pure blueberry juice
- 1 cup water
- Juice from 2 limes (about a 1/4 cup)
- 1 tablespoon crushed mint leaves
- 2 cups crushed ice
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
