- ½ Cup 2-percent Greek yogurt
- ½ Cup 0-percent Greek yogurt
- 1 Cup KIND Healthy Grains Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds
- 5 KIND Healthy Grains Dark Chocolate Chunk Bars
- 1 Cup fresh blueberries
In a medium bowl, mix together the two Greek yogurts. Add in the clusters and mix well until the clusters are fully incorporated into the Greek yogurt. Let the mixture sit overnight to soften.
Gently cut the bars into four even squares by cutting in half twice to create the base of the Greek yogurt bites.
Remove the yogurt mixture from the refrigerator and place about 2 teaspoons of the mixture on top of each small square.
Once all of the squares are topped with the yogurt mixture, place a fresh blueberry on top of each square.
Bites must be assembled and served immediately to maintain proper textures.
