- 2 tablespoon whey protein powder
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 2 cup blueberries
- ground cinnamon, to taste
- 2 cup bananas
- 2 1/2 cup coconut water
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup granola, such as indie fresh granola
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoon ginger juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
