This blue drink is a perfect cocktail if you want to serve something refreshing at your Fourth of July party this summer! Mixed up by Brian McFarland (GM at 41 Ocean Club in Santa Monica) and Walter Easterbrook (bartender at The Bowery in New York City), they are sure to be a hit.
In a mixing glass, muddle the blueberries and the lemon. Add ice and the remaining ingredients. Stir for 30 seconds and then double-strain into a martini glass. Rim the glass with Barratt's Dib Dab Sherbet.
