“Some spirit lovers may raise an eyebrow to anything that alters the smooth flavor profile of bourbon, but trust us this infusion will keep even the most strict liquor aficionado coming back for more. The classic hints of sweetness in bourbon are brought to a whole new level when combined with the natural flavors of fresh peach and blackberries. You can enjoy this infusion on its own over ice, or with ginger beer and a spring of mint” says Trisha Antonsen, chief cocktail officer at Drizly.

- 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 pint blackberries, sliced in half
Place sliced peaches and blackberries into a 1.5-pint mason jar. Fill the jar with bourbon, and seal with the lid. Give the mixture a shake to distribute the ingredients. Let it sit in a cool, dark place for up to 3 days, shaking occasionally.
After 3 days, strain ingredients through a fine mesh strainer, and place your bourbon into a sealed jar. It will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
