Cookies and cream you’ve heard of — but what about cookies and yogurt?

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ Cup coconut milk
  • ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ Cup ice
  • 3 Oreos

Directions

Combine Greek yogurt, coconut milk, vanilla extract, ice, and two of the Oreos in a blender. Purée until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with remaining Oreo.
