Ingredients
  • 2 slices brioche bread
  • 2 slices gruyère (about 1/8 pound)
  • 1 tablespoon fig jam
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large slice prosciutto
Directions
  1. Spread the butter evenly on all 4 sides of the 2 slices of bread. Spread jam on the inside slices, then layer cheese on both inside slices, then place the prosciutto on top. Sauté over medium-low heat until both sides are golden-brown. Slices in half and serve.
