- 3 Cups yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 3 Cups cider vinegar
- 4 16-ounce cans BEST DAMN Cream Soda
- 4 Tablespoons chili powder
- 3 Teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
- 1/2 onion, minced
In a large stainless steel pot, add butter and onions. Sweat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add brown sugar and vinegar, combine with whisk.
Add remaining ingredients, combine with whisk, and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
Cool over ice bath and store.
